Alma-Finna

Alma-Finna is Åbo Akademi University library's search service. The library's printed and electronic books, as well as open and licensed e-resources, i.e. databases, can be found in Alma-Finna.

You can request and reserve books and journals in the libraries collection by logging into Alma-Finna.

Authentication with Haka-login is required to access the library's licensed resources, i.e. logging in with your ÅAU-username and password. Always start your search in Alma-Finna when you want to use the library's resources. Some resources are further restricted to only be used on campus.

Other libraries' search services

Finna 

Finna.fi is the National Library's catalog for the collections of Finnish libraries, archives, and museums. In Finna.fi, you can see which Finnish libraries have a particular book. Many Finnish libraries use Finna as their search service and have their own Finna interface. Åbo Akademi's Alma-Finna is one such Finna interface.

Tritonia 

The Tritonia Academic Library is the joint library for the University of Vaasa, VAMK University of Applied Sciences, and Novia University of Applied Sciences in Vaasa and Jakobstad. The three universities each have their own Finna interfaces.

Vaasa city library 

Vaasa city library's service points include the main library and the branches Meeting point Huudi, Palosaari, Suvilahti, Variska, the book bus Rölli, and the self-service libraries in Sundom and Vähäkyrö.

Volter 

Volter is the search service of the University of Turku Library.

Vaski 

Vaski-Finna is the search service for the Vaski libraries. The Vaski libraries include, among others, the Turku City Library.
