In Åbo Åbo Akademi University and the University of Turku share e-exam rooms
In Vasa there is an e-exam room with 8 computers in Academill, Strandgatan 2, floor B3.
Opening hours for each room is found when you reserve an exam for that room (they are usually open every day or every week day starting from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. or later.

Students from other universities can take an e-exam in an e-exam room in Turku in the room at Turku School of Economics (Rehtorinpellonkatu 3).
You book your exam via the Exam system of your own institution, using the username of your home institution.

The room for special arrangements (in EXAM called “erityistenttitila”) is located in Publicum, on the fourth floor, room Pub418.
The room is intended only for students who have a recommendation for individual arrangements that require a separate room. Such arrangements may include, for example, the possibility to take the exam in a quiet room or the need for an assistant during the exam. The student must inform the teacher about the need for individual arrangements no later than at the start of the course (for self-study courses, at the time of course registration).

Individual arrangements that do NOT require booking the room for special arrangements:
Extended exam time (the exam can be taken in a regular EXAM room)
Accessible workstation (wheelchair-accessible stations are available in Agora, Aurum, and Teutori. Book a wheelchair-accessible workstation by selecting in Step 2: “Accessibility requirements” > “Esteetön kulku / unobstructed access to the room”)
The need to bring, for example, medication, food, or drink (the exam can be taken in a regular EXAM room, but please inform exam@utu.fi in advance what you will bring and why)
